On 26 April 2023, only 1 week before the Bianco building defect High Court trial CIV-2017-404-001772 commenced, BC 406198's legal counsels, filed an emergency application to secretly withdraw the $ 2.65 million worth of "remedial designs", while using additional so called "reply evidence" to fill up the time slots on trial schedule, which would be otherwise left empty due to the last minute "remedial design" withdrawal (Fraud Cover-ups)

On 1st May 2023, during his cross-examination by Mr Stephen Price, the leading legal counsel of the second defendant, Auckland Council, Mr Richard Angell, Maynard Marks, admitted that he has no qualification tc do remedial design work for a Building like Bianco ($ 2.64 million design)
39 Kainga Ora Units Used to Commit $95 Million Leaky Building "Remedy" FRAUD
According to 2023, NZ High Court Judgement 3034, paras [204] "It was roughly in the range of $ 50 million to demolish and re-build" (the entire Bianco building)
With 80% finished design architecture drawings valued at 76,479,996.05, the projected complete" remediation price" is $ 95,599,995.00, round up $ 95.6 million, by TEAK Construction company. The same company "remedied" Victopia Building at 135 Victoria St, Auckland CBD, for $62 million
Scammers, BC406198 committee, and TEAK Construction company proposed to charge nearly 3 - 4 times the value of the entire building to "remedy" a few balconies.
What is a leaky building remedy "Legal" SCAM?
In our case, with the Section 74 Scheme (legal paper) in place, scammers can impose nearly $100 million worth of fraudulent charges and turn them into "legal obligations" for scammed unit owners, they can force sale units and hold All Tax Payers of New Zealand for ransom through Kainga Ora.

Fact: In a period more than 8 years, this group of white collar criminals, SERIAL leaky building litigation/remedy scammers, have levied Bianco owners nearly $ 9 million dollars, $8,947, 117.20 to be precise, in the form of "remedial special levies"; plus more than $1.5 million worth of building defect settlement funds
Over 10 million dollars in total was made disappear in the name of "leaky building defects litigations, and replaced with $10 million plus of fraudulently produced INVOICES
Fact: The High Court's ruling on building defect award, based on the BC 406198's evidence, is $ 111,682.00 (2023, NZ High Court Judgement 3034, paras [260]) The High Court's building defect award, proven by the BC 406198's evidence is less than 1% of the Bianco owners' scammed $ 10 million plus of "building defect litigation" fund
Scamming method
The BC406198 committee teamed up with various fraudulent "service providers", exploiting, exaggerating MINIOR building defects, using outrageously inflated "service/ fees", invoicing inflated "costs "up to 100 times, to steal from the average unit owners, and from ALL New Zealand TAX PAYERS through Kainga Ora
